Oona Painter has a strong management background in Employee Relations including five years experience with a Train Operating Company. She held a senior post as Employee Relations Manager for Intercity West Coast for several years.
Oona and Della have worked closely together for the last 10 years in an HR partnership. Oona now runs Painter and Cole HR Ltd.
Oona is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
Della Cole
Associate HR Consultant
Located in Bournemouth, Dorset
Della Cole also has a strong background in Employee Relations and Generalist HR Management. Previous senior roles have included Employee Relations Manager for Bristol City Council and HR Manager (Education) for Buckinghamshire County Council. Della holds qualifications in Counselling and Project Management Methodologies.
Della worked closely with Oona for 10 years as part of an HR partnership until she moved to Dorset recently where she continues to work with Oona as an Associate HR Consultant.
Della is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
Associates
Painter and Cole HR Ltd will also use a variety of other Associates to support the Director with specific projects or ad hoc work.
